fa ارزیابی وضعیت ایمنی و بهداشت فضاهای ورزشی مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان زابل Evaluation of the Health and Safety Status of Sports Spaces in Elementary Schools in Zabol City, Iran مهندسی بهداشت حرفه ای و ایمنی کار Occupational health engineering and occupational safety كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: یکی از مهم‌ترین مسایل مرتبط با فضاهای ورزشی در مدارس، وضعیت ایمنی و بهداشت مکان‌های ورزشی است. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی مؤلفه‌های ایمنی و بهداشت مدارس شهرستان زابل بود. روش‌ها: در این مطالعه‌ توصیفی، 100 مدرسه‌ ابتدایی دولتی و غیر دولتی به روش سرشماری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه که روایی آن توسط متخصصان بهداشت و ایمنی تأیید شده بود، استفاده گردید. پایایی پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از ضریب Cronbach´s alpha، 85/0 به دست آمد. داده‌ها به کمک آزمون‌ Independent t در نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه ‌و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: از لحاظ وضعیت ایمنی داخل زمین، 48 مدرسه (48 درصد)؛ از نظر لوازم و تجهیزات، 50 مدرسه (50 درصد)؛ از لحاظ حریم و خطوط، سکوهاو پوشش‌ها، 45 مدرسه (45 درصد) و از نظر بهداشت زمین‌های ورزشی، 52 مدرسه (52 درصد) در وضعیت متوسطی قرار داشتند و تنها مؤلفه بهداشت زمین‌های ورزشی در وضعیت ضعیفی بود. در مدارس دخترانه و پسرانه، بین مؤلفه‌های مورد بررسی تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد، اما در مدارس دولتی و غیر دولتی به لحاظ شاخص‌های مورد بررسی، مدارس غیر دولتی از وضعیت نامطلوبی برخوردار بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: وضعیت ایمنی و بهداشت فضاهای ورزشی در مدارس شهر زابل در سطح مطلوبی نیست؛ به طوری که از نظر مؤلفه ایمنی حریم و خطوط، مدارس دولتی و دخترانه در حد متوسط و بیشتر مدارس غیر انتفاعی و پسرانه در سطح ضعیفی قرار داشتند. همچنین، در بررسی رعایت اصول بهداشتی در مدارس دولتی و غیر انتفاعی دخترانه و پسرانه، اغلب مدارس در سطح ضعیفی بودند. بر این اساس، پیشنهاد می‌شود سامانه آموزش و پرورش شهرستان زابل با برگزاری کلاس‌های توجیهی برای مدیران، مربیان تربیت بدنی و معلمان در زمینه‌های ایمنی و بهداشت، سطح بهداشت و ایمنی مدارس این شهرستان را ارتقا دهد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: One of the most important issues related to sports spaces in schools is the health and safety status of sports places. The purpose of this research was to investigate the safety and health components of schools in Zabol City, Iran. Methods: In this descriptive study, 100 government and non-government primary schools were examined using a random stratified sampling method. To collect data, a questionnaire was developed based on input from the authors of related articles and approved by health and safety experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was established with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.85. The data were analyzed using independent t-test and descriptive statistical methods with SPSS software. Findings: Regarding the safety conditions of the field, 48 schools (48%), equipment 50 schools (50%), privacy and lines, platforms and coverings 45 schools (45%), and the overall health of the sports fields 52 schools (52%) were in average condition. Notably, the health component of the sports fields was found to be in poor condition. In girls' and boys' schools, no statistically significant differences were observed among the investigated components. However, a disparity was noted between government and non-government schools, with non-government schools exhibiting unfavorable conditions regarding the assessed indicators. Conclusion: The health and safety situation of sports spaces in schools of Zabol City is worrying, so that in terms of the safety of privacy and lines component, public and girls' schools were at an average level, and most of the private and boys' schools were at a poor condition. Moreover, regarding the compliance with health principles in girls’ and boys’ public and private schools, most of the schools were at a poor condition.
