fa بررسی تأثیر استفاده از دستکش‌های حفاظتی بر چابکی و ناراحتی دست: یک مطالعه تجربی Investigating the Effect of Protective Gloves on Hand Dexterity and Discomfort: An Experimental Study مهندسی بهداشت حرفه ای و ایمنی کار Occupational health engineering and occupational safety پژوهشي Research مقدمه: بسیاری از وظایف در محیط‌های کاری مختلف با استفاده از دست‌ها صورت می‌گیرد. بنابراین، دستکش‌های حفاظتی به طور گسترده‌ای توسط کارگران استفاده می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر استفاده از دستکش‌های حفاظتی بر چابکی و ناراحتی موضعی دست انجام شد. روش‌ها: این مطالعه تجربی بر روی 22 دانشجوی مرد در محدوده سنی 36-20 سال انجام گرفت و متغیرهای تحقیق پس از پوشیدن چهار نوع از دستکش‌های ضد برش متداول شامل کف نیتریل (A)، دستکش ژله‌ای (B)، کف مواد (C) و کف فوم نیتریل (D) توسط شرکت‌کنندگان جمع‌آوری گردید. چابکی کلی دست با استفاده از تست Bennett اندازه‌گیری و زمان اتمام سناریوی طراحی شده نیز بر حسب ثانیه به عنوان چابکی کلی دست گزارش شد. ناراحتی موضعی دست با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه احساس ناراحتی موضعی (Local perceived discomfort یا LPD) ارزیابی گردید. اثر استفاده از دستکش‌ها بر چابکی و ناراحتی موضعی دست با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری در نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: بیشترین و کمترین چابکی کل دست به ترتیب هنگام استفاده از دستکش‌های D و A بود. تفاوت معنی‌داری بین دستکش‌های مختلف از نظر چابکی کل دست وجود نداشت (36/0 = P). بالاترین نرخ ناراحتی موضعی دست در هنگام کار با دستکش‌های B (میانگین = 954/0) و A (میانگین = 542/0) گزارش شد. تفاوت معنی‌داری بین دستکش‌های مختلف از نظر ناراحتی موضعی مشاهده گردید (001/0 > P). نتیجه‌گیری: دستکش‌های کف لاتکس (C) و کف فوم نیتریل (D) به دلیل طراحی ارگونومیک، اصطکاک بهینه و الیاف قابل تنفس، عملکرد بهتری در مقایسه با سایر دستکش‌ها دارند. در نتیجه، در انتخاب دستکش‌ها باید به جنس مواد تشکیل دهنده و میزان انعطاف‌پذیری و راحتی آن هنگام کار توجه گردد. <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Many tasks in diverse work environments require the use of hands, making protective gloves essential for workers. This study aimed to investigate the effects of using protective gloves on hand dexterity and local discomfort. Methods: This experimental study was conducted on 22 male university students aged 20 to 36 years. Participants wore four common types of cut-resistant gloves: nitrile-coated (A), gel-coated (B), latex-coated (C), and nitrile-foam--coated (D); research variables were then collected. Overall hand dexterity was assessed using the Bennett test, with the time taken to complete the test scenario recorded in seconds as a measure of overall manual dexterity. Local discomfort in the hand was evaluated using the Localized Perceived Discomfort (LPD) questionnaire. The effects of glove use on hand dexterity and local discomfort were analyzed using statistical tests in SPSS software. Findings: The highest overall hand dexterity was observed when using glove D, while the lowest was with glove A. However, there was no statistically significant difference in overall hand dexterity among the different gloves (P = 0.36). The highest levels of local discomfort were reported when working with glove B (mean = 0.954) and glove A (mean = 0.542). A statistically significant difference in local discomfort was found between the gloves (P < 0.001). Conclusion: Latex-coated (C) and nitrile-foam-coated (D) gloves demonstrated superior performance compared to the other gloves, owing to their ergonomic design, optimal friction, and breathable materials.
