آیا روش ساده، سریع و مقرون به صرفه‌تری برای استخراج ترانس- ترانس موکونیک اسید به عنوان متابولیت بنزن وجود دارد؟

چکیده


مقدمه: در بین هیدروکربن‌های آروماتیک، بنزن به عنوان ماده سرطان‌زایی که بیشترین خطر را برای سلامتی دارد، شناخته شده است. ترانس، ترانس موکونیک اسید
(trans,trans-muconic acid یا t,t-MA) محصول غیر سمی متابولیسم بنزن می‌باشد. هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر، انتخاب روشی ساده، سریع و مقرون به صرفه برای تشخیص و استخراج t,t-MA بود.

روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مروری، روش‌های موجود برای استخراج t,t-MA در ادرار بررسی و در نهایت، روش دقیق و مقرون به صرفه‌تری پیشنهاد گردید.

یافته‌ها: با مرور متون مربوط، چهار روش Solid-phase extraction (SPE)، Liquid-liquid extraction (LLE)، Molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction (MISPE) و Dispersive liquid-liquid micro-extraction (DLLME) برای استخراج t,t-MA یافت گردید.

نتیجه‌گیری: با مرور مزایا و معایب روش‌های مذکور، می‌توان به این نتیجه رسید که روش DLLME با ریکاوری بالا و کاربرد آسان، روش بهتری برای تشخیص t,t-MA در ادرار می‌باشد.
