بررسی کفایت رژیم غذایی با استفاده از شاخص تغذیه سالم ۲۰۰۵ در دانش‌آموزان 13 تا 17 ساله شهر اصفهان در سال ۱۳۹۳

چکیده


مقدمه: تغذیه مناسب در دوران نوجوانی، علاوه بر تأمین نیازهای تغذیه‌ای بدن به منظور رشد جسمانی و شناختی، در سلامت آینده فرد و جلوگیری از ایجاد چاقی در بزرگسالی مؤثر است. پژوهش حاضر برای اولین بار در ایران، با هدف تعیین کفایت رژیم غذایی با استفاده از شاخص تغذیه سالم ۲۰۰۵ (2005-Healthy Eating Index یا HEI) در دانش‌آموزان 13 تا 17 ساله شهر اصفهان در سال 1393 انجام شد.

روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی بود و به صورت مقطعی انجام گرفت. داده‌های مربوط به وضعیت تغذیه با استفاده از ثبت سه روزه خوراک جمع‌آوری گردید. جهت اندازه‌گیری فعالیت بدنی نیز از پرسش‌نامه استاندارد معتبر استفاده شد. دریافت‌های غذایی، انرژی روزانه و مواد مغذی نیز به وسیله برنامه Nutritionist ثبت گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های ANOVA و Multiple linear regression در نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.

یافته‌ها: میانگین امتیاز HEI در نوجوانان، 67/72 به دست آمد که وضعیت مطلوبی را نشان نداد. ارتباط معنی‌داری بین متغیرهای شغل مادر و میزان کالری دریافتی با امتیاز HEI مشاهده شد (05/0 > P).

نتیجه‌گیری: کیفیت رژیم غذایی بیشتر نوجوانان نیازمند تغییر و اصلاح می‌باشد. بنابراین، جهت بهبود کیفیت رژیم غذایی آن‌ها، به روش‌هایی نیاز است که عادات غذایی نوجوانان را اصلاح نماید و از آن جمله می‌توان به برنامه‌های آموزشی و تبلیغات اشاره نمود.
