پیش‌بینی اعتیاد جنسی در بین زوجین بر اساس باور فراشناختی و هم‌جوشی شناختی

چکیده


مقدمه: اعتياد جنسي، نگراني رو به رشدی است كه به عنوان يك بيماري جدي شناخته مي‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش‌بینی اعتیاد جنسی در بین زوجین بر اساس باور فراشناختی و هم‌جوشی شناختی صورت گرفت.

روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع همبستگی بود که به روش توصیفی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زوجین شهر اردبیل در سال 1396 بود که 112 نفر (56 زن و شوهر) از آنان به روش نمونه‌‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مقیاس باور فراشناختی (Metacognitive beliefs یا MCB)، پرسش‌نامه هم‌جوشی شناختی
(Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire یا CFQ) و مقیاس اعتیاد جنسی (Sexual Addiction Scale یا SAS) استفاده گردید و در نهایت، با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی Pearson و Multiple regression مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.

یافته‌ها: ارتباط معنی‌داری بین باور فراشناختی و هم‌جوشی شناختی با اعتیاد جنسی در بین زوجین وجود داشت (05/0 > P). همچنین، یافته‌های تحلیل Multiple regression نشان داد که باور فراشناختی و هم‌جوشی شناختی در مجموع می‌توانند 59/0 اعتیاد جنسی را در زوجین پیش‌بینی نمایند (05/0 > P).

نتیجه‌گیری: باور فراشناختی و هم‌جوشی شناختی از جمله متغیرهای مرتبط با اعتیاد جنسی زوجین می‌باشند و توانایی پیش‌ینی آن را دارند. بنابراین، با کاهش باور فراشناختی و هم‌جوشی شناختی، می‌توان اعتیاد جنسی را در زوجین کاهش داد.
