بررسي خصوصيات رواني فرم دو حالته پرسش‌نامه رضايت بيماران سرپايي بیمارستان نجميه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی اسمی

چکیده


مقدمه: سنجش رضايتمندي بيمار، يکي از مهم‌ترين شاخص‌هاي ارکان سيستم‌هاي ارتقاي کيفيت خدمات بهداشتي به شمار می‌رود. با توجه به اهميت اين موضوع، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي خصوصيات رواني فرم دو حالته پرسش‌نامه رضايت بيماران سرپايي نجميه انجام گرفت.

روش‌ها: اين مطالعه بر روي 359 نفر از بيماران سرپايي مراجعه‌کننده به بيمارستان فوق تخصصي نجميه تهران در سال 1395 انجام شد. نمونه‌ها با استفاده از نمونه‌گيري تصادفی سیستماتیک انتخاب شدند. بدین ترتیب، از روش‌های تحليل عاملي تأییدی با پاسخ دو حالته و Kuder-Richardson به ترتيب جهت بررسي روايي و پايايي استفاده گرديد. در نهایت، داده‌ها در نرم‌افزارهاي SPSS و AMOS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.

یافته‌ها: نمونه‌های مطالعه را 297 زن (8/82 درصد) و 62 مرد (2/17 درصد) تشکیل دادند. نتايج تحليل عاملي تأييدي نشان دهنده روايي ساختار
[024/0 = (Root Mean Square Error of Approximation) RMSEA، 98/0 = Comparative fit index (CFI)] و پايايي (91/0) مناسب فرم دو حالته پرسش‌نامه رضايت بيماران سرپايي نجميه بود.

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به روایی و پایایی مناسب پرسش‌نامه فرم دو حالته رضایت بیماران سرپایی نجمیه، استفاده از این مقیاس جهت ارزیابی رضایت بیماران سرپایی در جامعه ایرانی توصیه می‌گردد.
