اثربخشي درمان مبتني بر پذيرش و تعهد بر تصوير بدني در زنان مبتلا به سرطان سينه پس از جراحي ماستکتومي

چکیده

روش‌‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات نيمه‌تجربي با طرح پيش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه آزمايش و گواه بود. نمونه مورد مطالعه 26 بيمار بودند که به شيوه‌ نمونه‌گيري هدفمند از «مرکز خيريه آلا» شهر اصفهان در سال 96-1395 انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 13 نفري جای گرفتند. گروه آزمايش، درمان مبتني بر پذيرش و تعهد را به مدت هشت جلسه یک ساعته به صورت هفتگی دريافت نمود. پرسشنامه چند بعدي نگرش فرد در مورد تصوير بدني خود (1990) توسط هر دو گروه آزمايش و گواه در مراحل پيش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون تکمیل گردید. يافته‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS تحليل شدند.


نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد می‌تواند در زمینه بهبود مشکلات روان‌شناختی زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه پس از جراحي ماستکتومي مفید واقع شود.
