بررسی ارتباط بین سواد سلامت و خودمراقبتی در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو

چکیده

روش‌‌ها: مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی حاضر در سال 1396 در ارتباط با 390 بیمار مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو در مراکز روستایی شهر بابل انجام شد. به‌ منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه خلاصه فعالیت‌های خودمراقبتی (SDSCA: The Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities) و پرسشنامه سواد سلامت بزرگسالان ایرانی (HELIA: Health Literacy for Iranian Adults) استفاده گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه، T و همبستگی Pearson در نرم‌افزار SPSS 20 تجزیه و تحلیل گردیدند.


نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اینکه بیش از نیمی از بیماران دارای سواد سلامت ناکافی می‌باشند و نیز از آنجایی که عوامل دموگرافیک نقش مهمی در سواد سلامت و انجام رفتارهای خودمراقبتی دارند، پیشنهاد می‌شود کارکنان و عوامل بخش بهداشتی- درمانی هنگام طراحی برنامه بهداشتی برای هر بیمار به این عوامل توجه نمایند.
