وضعیت روانشناختی بیماران مولتیپل اسکلروزیس: یک مطالعه کیفی

چکیده

روش‌‌ها: مطالعه کیفی حاضر با رویکرد تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. در این مطالعه 24 بیمار مبتلا به MS با رعایت حداکثر تنوع در جنسیت، سن، طول دوران بیماری و شدت آن و هشت متخصص در حوزه‌های مغز و اعصاب، اعصاب و روان، روان‌شناسی بالینی و روان‌پرستاری از استان گیلان مشارکت داشتند. شرکت‌کنندگان به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب گردیدند و مصاحبه‌ها به صورت بدون ساختار تا حد اشباع اطلاعات انجام شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها نیز با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل مضمون به روش Attride-Stirling صورت گرفت.


نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان دادند که بیماران مبتلا به MS، درگیر مشکلات روان‌شناختی متعددی در حوزه‌های فردی، تعاملی و در ارتباط با بیماری می‌باشند. بر این اساس، ضروری است به منظور بهبود وضعیت روانی، کیفیت زندگی و سازش‌پذیری آن‌ها، برنامه‌ها و مداخلات روان‌شناختی مبتنی بر این مشکلات تدوین و ارائه شود.
