fa بررسی اثر بازی‌‌درمانی بر تأخیر رشد حرکتی کودکان زودرس شهرستان آمل آموزش بهداشت و ارتقاء سلامت education health and promotion پژوهشي Research روش‌‌ها:&nbsp;پژوهش نیمه‌تجربی حاضر با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل انجام شد. گروه آزمایش که شامل 10 کودک بود، در 24 جلسه (هشت هفته، هفته‌ای سه جلسه، هر جلسه یک ساعت) مداخله بازی‌درمانی شرکت کردند؛ اما افراد گروه کنترل (10 کودک) در هیچ مداخله‌ای شرکت ننمودند. مهارت‌های حرکتی کودکان (بهره حرکتی درشت و بهره حرکتی ظریف) با استفاده از ابزار نسخه دوم مقیاس رشدی حرکتی پی‌بادی (PDMS-2: Peabody Development Motor Scales) سنجیده شدند. نتیجه‌گیری:&nbsp;نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر نشان دادند که بازی‌درمانی می‌تواند به عنوان یک مداخله اثربخش در کودکان متولد شده زودرس باعث جبران تأخیر رشد حرکتی آن‌ها شود و در برنامه‌های درمانی و توانبخشی این گروه از کودکان مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد. Background: Despite many studies on cognitive and neuromuscular interventions on children born preterm, a few investigations have assessed the effectiveness of play therapy to compensate for the delayed motor development in these children. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of play therapy on motor skills of 2-4-year-old-children born preterm (32 to 37 weeks) in Amol, Iran. Methods: This study was conducted based on a pre-and post-test method with a control group. The experimental group (n=10) participated in 24 1-hour sessions (3 sessions per week). On the other hand, the control group (n=10) received no intervention. Peabody Development Motor Scale (version. 2) was used to evaluate the motor skills of children ( i.e., gross and fine motor skills). Findings: The results of the&nbsp;ANCOVA indicated a significant difference between the experimental and control group regarding all sub-scales of gross motor skills and a sub-scale of fine motor skill (i.e., visual-motor integration) (P< 0.05). Conclusion: According to the results, play therapy can be used as an effective intervention for children born preterm to compensate for their delayed motor development.
