fa بررسی میزان تحقق پیامدهای استفاده از سامانه یکپارچه بهداشت (سیب) از نظر کاربران در مراکز بهداشت شهر اصفهان Investigating the Realization of the Consequences of Using the Integrated Health System (SIB) from Users' Point of View in Primary Healthcare Centers in Isfahan, Iran پژوهشي Research مقدمه: اغلب پژوهش‌های گذشته پیرامون سیستم پرونده الکترونیک سلامت به پیامدهای استفاده از آن اشاره‌ای نداشته‌اند. بنابراین، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان تحقق پیامدهای استفاده از سامانه یکپارچه بهداشت (سیب) از نظر کاربران در شهر اصفهان انجام شد. روش‌ها: این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی و جامعه مورد بررسی شامل کلیه کاربران سیب در مراکز بهداشت شهر اصفهان بود که 320 نفر از آن‌ها با استفاده از جدول Morgan به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسش‌نامه‌ای بود که در پنج بعد «استفاده از سیب در کمک به حل مشکلات، تصمیم‌گیری منطقی، یکپارچگی ارتباطات افقی، یکپارچگی ارتباطات عمودی و خدمت‌رسانی به مراجعان» تنظیم گردید. پس از بررسی روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسش‌نامه، پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب Cronbach's alpha سنجیده شد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون t تک نمونه‌ای در نرم‌افزار SPSS تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: اگرچه استفاده از سیب در بهبود یکپارچگی و هماهنگی ارتباطات افقی (050/0 > P،30/2 = t)، بهبود یکپارچگی و هماهنگی ارتباطات عمودی (050/0 > P، 96/1 = t) و ارایه خدمت به مراجعان (001/0 > P،31/8 = t) تأثیر داشته، اما هیچ نقش قابل توجهی در کمک به حل مشکلات (050/0 < P، 68/0 = t) و تصمیم‌گیری منطقی کاربران (050/0 < P، 05/1 = t) نداشته است. نتیجه‌گیری: کمک به حل مشکلات و تصمیم‌گیری منطقی از جمله اهداف پیاده‌سازی سیب می‌باشد. با این وجود، کاربران نقطه ضعف اصلی این سیستم را در این دو حوزه ارزیابی کردند. بدین ترتیب، توجه به نیازهای کاربران در این دو حوزه مهم، به متولیان سیب توصیه می‌گردد. <div>Background: Most previous studies have not referred to the implications of using electronic health record systems. So the purpose of the present study is to investigate the realization of the consequences of using the Integrated Health System (SIB) from users' point of view in Isfahan, Iran. Methods: This was a descriptive cross-sectional study with the statistical population including all users of SIB located in Isfahan primary healthcare centers. The sample consisted of 320 users according to Morgan table. A questionnaire was arranged in five dimensions including problem solving, decision rationalization, horizontal integration, vertical integration, and customer service. After examining the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, the data were analyzed by single sample t-test in SPSS software. Findings: The findings showed that although the implementation and use of SIB contributed to improving the integrity and coordination of horizontal (t = 2.30, P < 0.050) and vertical (t = 1.96, P < 0.050) communications as well as customer service (t = 8.31, P < 0.001), it had no significant role in problem solving (t = 0.68, P > 0.050) and decision rationalization (t = 1.05, P > 0.050). Conclusion: Problem solving and decision rationalization have been the main objectives of SIB; nevertheless, users evaluated them as main weaknesses of the system.
