fa دغدغه‌های دانشکده بهداشت برای تعامل با معاونت بهداشت و بخش صنعت: یک مطالعه کیفی پژوهشي Research <p><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقدمه</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: دانشکده‌های بهداشت از طریق آموزش نیروی کار و تولید علم، نقش مؤثری در سلامتی افراد جامعه دارند. با این حال، عوامل متعددی</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">می‌تواند جایگاه این مراکز را تهدید کند و موجب اختلال در تعاملات آن‌ها با محیط‌های اجرایی- صنعتی شود. از آن‌جایی که تاکنون مطالعه جامعی در خصوص موانع پیش روی دانشکده‌های بهداشت صورت نگرفته است، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی دغدغه‌های دانشکده‌های بهداشت برای تعامل با محیط‌های اجرایی- صنعتی انجام شد.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش‌ها</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: در این تحقیق، جریان گفتگوی 20 نفر از متخصصان و رؤسای دانشکده‌های بهداشت دانشگاه‌های تیپ یک کشور، در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان، در تابستان سال 1397 فیلمبرداری گردید. گفتگوها دست‌نویس و سپس کلمه به کلمه تایپ شد و در مرحله بعد به</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">تحلیل محتوا مورد</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">تجزیه</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">و</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">تحلیل</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">قرار</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">گرفت.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: با تحلیل داده‌ها، عوامل مرتبط در دو طبقه اصلی &laquo;چالش‌ها و نیازهای تعامل با معاونت‌های بهداشتی&raquo; و &laquo;چالش‌ها و نیازهای تعامل با صنعت&raquo; دسته‌بندی گردید که طبقه دوم شامل چهار زیرطبقه بود.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: مطالعه حاضر برای اولین بار به نتایجی شامل دسته‌بندی مجموعه‌ای از چالش‌ها و نیازهای مرتبط با تعاملات با معاونت بهداشتی و همچنین، ارتباط با صنعت به عنوان موانع کارکردهای دانشگاه و محیط‌های عملیاتی دست یافت. بنابراین، می‌توان از نتایج به دست آمده</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">راستای</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">طراحی</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">برنامه‌های</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">جامع</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">جهت رفع موانع برقراری ارتباطات و تعاملات بین دانشکده‌های بهداشت با معاونت‌های بهداشتی و صنایع استفاده نمود.</span></span></p> <div><strong>Background</strong><strong>:</strong> Schools of health sciences play an important role in public health by training the workforce and the development of scientific work. However, several factors can threaten the position and status of these centers and disrupt their interactions with executive-industrial environments. Since no comprehensive study has been conducted on the barriers facing the schools of health sciences, this study is conducted with the objective to identify the concerns of the schools of health sciences for interaction with executive-industrial environments.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this study, the conversation flow of 20 specialists and heads of the schools of health sciences of Iranian type 1 universities was filmed at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Isfahan, Iran in summer 2018; the conversations were handwritten and then typed word for word; they were then analyzed by content analysis method.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> As a result of data analysis, the related factors were classified into two main categories: 1) challenges and needs of interaction with health deputies, 2) challenges and needs of interaction with industry, which the latter itself included four categories.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> For the first time, the present study achieved some important results on the categorization of a set of challenges and needs related to the interactions with the health deputy office, as well as the interactions with the office of industrial relationships as the barriers to the operations of the universities and the operational environments.
