fa تبیین تجربیات عوامل آموزشی و اجرایی مدارس شهر اصفهان در ارتباط با عوامل مرتبط با کارامدی آموزش‌های پیشگیری از رفتارها و عوامل خطرزای بیماری‌های غیر واگیر: یک مطالعه کیفی پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقدمه</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: آموزش‌های مدرسه‌ای، تأثیر بسزایی در ارتقای آموزش‌های سلامت ایفا می‌کنند. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل عوامل تأثیرگذار بر آموزش‌های پیشگیری از بیماری‌های غیر واگیر از نگاه شاغلین در مدارس شهر اصفهان بود.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش‌ها</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل محتوای مرسوم انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان را 19 نفر از شاغلین مدارس شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 تشکیل دادند که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و تنوع حداکثری انتخاب شدند. روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و روش تحلیل داده‌ها، تحلیل محتوای استقرایی بود.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: کدهای به دست آمده در 8 طبقه اصلی و 23 طبقه فرعی قرار داده شد. طبقات اصلی شامل &laquo;<a name="OLE_LINK91">تأثیر سیاست‌گذاری‌های کلان سلامت بر کارامدی </a>آموزش‌ها، نظام سلامت استراتژیک، نقش نظام آموزشی در ارتقای سلامت، یادگیری غیر رسمی، نقش مدارس در الگوی تغذیه‌ای سالم و توسعه فعالیت جسمانی، استراتژی‌های پیشگیرانه در ارتقای سلامت، سبک زندگی؛ پدیده‌ای چند عاملی با برهم‌کنش متقابل و تأثیر استرس و افسردگی بر سلامت&raquo; بود.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: <a name="OLE_LINK92">شناسایی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر آموزش‌های مدرسه‌ای و به‌روز کردن آن‌ها، عوامل مؤثری در کارامدی برنامه‌های آموزش پیشگیری از بیماری‌های غیر واگیر می‌باشد.</a></span></span><br> <span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span> <div><strong>Background</strong><strong>:</strong> Schools play a key role in promotion of health education. This article analyzed the factors affecting the education to prevent non-communicable diseases from the viewpoints of educational and executive factors in schools of Isfahan City, Iran.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This study was conducted using qualitative approach with conventional content analysis. Participants were 19 staff working in schools of Isfahan City in educational year of 2017-2018, who were selected through purposive sampling with the highest variation. Data were collected by semi-structured interviews, and analyzed using deductive content analysis.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> Obtained codes were placed in 8 main categories and 23 subcategories.
