حاضر، مقایسه شاخص‌های عملکردی خدمات بهداشت حرفه‌ای قبل و بعد از اجرای طرح تحول سلامت در حوزه تحت پوشش مرکز بهداشت استان اصفهان بود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span تحلیلی، بر روی شاخص‌های عملکردی واحد بهداشت حرفه‌ای 23 مرکز بهداشت شهرستان در سطح استان اصفهان انجام شد. سال‌های 1394 و 1397 به عنوان سال‌های قبل و بعد از اجرای طرح تحول سلامت ثبت شد. از روش‌های آمار توصیفی جهت توصیف متغیرها استفاده گردید و داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار </span></span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span کنترل عوامل زیان‌آور تأمین نکرده است. این برنامه نیازمند تغییراتی در حوزه کنترل عوامل زیان‌آور در استان اصفهان می‌باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div occupational health, the focus is on improving the health levels among workers in small workshops and industries. The purpose of this study was to compare the functional indicators of occupational health services before and after the implementation of the health reform plan in the area covered by the health center of Isfahan Province, Iran.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">Methods:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black"> This descriptive-analytical research was conducted on the performance indicators of occupational health units of 23 city health centers in Isfahan Province. </span></span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">The years 2015 and 2018 were considered as the periods before and after the implementation of the reform plan. The number of workshops in which control measures have been taken increased in the field of noise and harmful chemical factors.
