fa شناسایی عوامل ارزیابی عملکرد مراکز ارایه دهنده مراقبت سلامت با رویکرد Fuzzy Delphi Identifying Factors for Evaluating the Performance of Health Care Providers in the Balanced Scorecard Model with the Fuzzy Delphi Approach آموزش بهداشت و ارتقاء سلامت education health and promotion پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: کارت امتیازی متوازن (Balanced scorecard یا BSC) اطلاعات مفید و مرتبط را در مورد عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد داخلی و خارجی سازمان ارایه می‌دهد و مناسب‌ترین چارچوب جهت ارزیابی عملکرد سازمان‌های بهداشت و درمان به شمار می‌رود. یکی از اصول کلیدی در به کارگیری BSC، شناسایی دیدگاه‌های متناسب با هر سازمان با توجه به مأموریت اصلی آن می‌باشد. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی دیدگاه‌ها و اهداف مرتبط در مدل BSC متناسب با مراکز مراقبت سلامت با استفاده از تکنیک Fuzzy Delphi بود. روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع کیفی و کاربردی و جامعه آماری شامل 15 نفر از خبرگان حوزه بهداشت بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابتدا از طریق بررسی متون و سپس با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته و اجماع نظر خبرگان، به کمک تکنیک Delphi در دو دور دیدگاه‌های BSC و اهداف مرتبط متناسب با مراکز مراقبت سلامت مشخص گردید. یافته‌ها: در تحقیق حاضر، دیدگاه بیماران و جامعه با 3 هدف، وضعیت مالی و عملکرد با 2 هدف، رشد و توسعه با 4 هدف، فرایندهای درون سازمانی با 4 هدف و مسؤولیت اجتماعی به عنوان دیدگاه جدید با 2 هدف برای ارزیابی عملکرد مراکز مراقبت سلامت جایگزین دیدگاه‌های سنتی BSC شد. نتیجه‌گیری: استفاده از چهار دیدگاه متناسب با مراکز مراقبت سلامت در BSC و اضافه شدن یک دیدگاه جدید تحت عنوان مسؤولیت اجتماعی به منظور ارزیابی عملکرد مراکز مراقبت سلامت، باعث افزایش بهره‌وری می‌شود و در نهایت، افزایش رضایت بیماران و جامعه را به دنبال خواهد داشت.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: The balanced scorecard (BSC) provides useful and relevant information about the factors affecting the internal and external performance of the organization and it is the most suitable framework for evaluating the performance of healthcare organizations. One of the key principles in using the BSC is to identify the appropriate views of each organization with regard to its main mission so that it can achieve the best results to achieve its goals and strategy. The present study is aimed to identify the views and related goals in the BSC model suitable for health care centers using the fuzzy Delphi technique. Methods: The present study was a qualitative and applied research. The statistical population of the research included 15 experts in the field of health and treatment who were selected by purposive sampling. First, through literature review, and then with the help of a researcher-made questionnaire with the consensus of experts using the Delphi technique in two rounds, the views of the BSC and the related goals were determined according to the health care centers. Findings: In this research, the perspective of patients and society with three goals, financial status and performance with two goals, growth and development with four goals, internal organizational processes with four goals, and social responsibility as a new perspective with two goals to evaluate the performance of health care centers replaced the traditional perspectives of BSC.
