style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">روش‌ها</span></b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی</span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:"> از نوع</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:"> مداخله آموزشی بود و بر روی 190 مادر دارای کودک </span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">کمتر از </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">5 سال مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز جامع سلامت شهر رشت طی ماه‌های آذر تا دی سال 1399 انجام گردید. نمونه‌ها به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای در دو گروه آزمون و شاهد قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و سازه‌های تئوری انگیزش محافظت بود که قبل، بلافاصله و یک ماه بعد تکمیل گردید. مداخله آموزشی </span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">شامل چهار </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">جلسه آموزشی 60 دقیقه‌ای بود که برای گروه آزمون انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های </span>Fisher&#39;s<b> </b>exact<span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">،</span> ANOVA<span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:"> و </span>Independent t style="font-family:">یافته‌ها:</span></b> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">پس از اجرای مداخله آموزشی، اختلاف معنی‌داری در میانگین نمرات آسیب‌پذیری درک شده، کارایی پاسخ درک شده، هزینه پاسخ درک شده، خودکارامدی درک شده و رفتارهای پیشگیری‌کننده از حوادث خانگی بین گروه‌های آزمون با شاهد مشاهده شد (001/0 > </span>P<span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">)، اما در چارچوبی در طراحی برنامه‌های آموزشی به منظور ارتقای رفتارهای پیشگیری از سوانح و حوادث خانگی در مادران دارای کودکان کمتر از 5 سال استفاده کرد</span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b>Background:</b> Injuries caused by accidents are considered one of the leading causes of death in children under 5 years old. This study was conducted to determine the effect of educational intervention based on protection motivation theory (PMT) on preventive behaviors of mothers with under 5 years old children regarding domestic accidents in their children.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b>Methods:</b> This semi-experimental study was an educational intervention conducted on 190 mothers with children under 5 years of age who referred to comprehensive health centers in Rasht City, Iran, from December 2020 to January 2021. The samples were assigned to two experimental and control groups using a stratified random sampling method. The data collection tool was the demographic information questionnaire and PMT constructs that were completed before, immediately after, and one month later. The educational intervention consisted of 4 60-minute training sessions for the experimental group. Data were analyzed using Fisher&#39;s exact test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and independent t-test.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b>Findings:</b> After implementing the educational intervention, a statistically significant difference was observed in the average scores of perceived vulnerabilities, perceived response efficiency, perceived response cost, perceived self-efficacy, and domestic accidents prevention behaviors in the intervention group and the control group (P < 0.001).
