fa بررسی پیشگویی‌کننده‌های رفتار پیشگیری‌کننده از تب مالت در روستاییان: کاربردی از نظریه انگیزش محافظت Investigating the Predictors of Preventive Behavior of Brucellosis in Villagers: An Application of Protection Motivation Theory آموزش بهداشت و ارتقاء سلامت education health and promotion پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: با توجه به اهمیت سلامت روستاییان و افزایش بیماری تب مالت در آنان، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین پیشگویی‌کننده‌های انجام رفتارهای پیشگیرانه از تب مالت در روستاییان بالای 20 سال شهرستان مشهد با استفاده از تئوری انگیزش محافظت انجام شد. روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1401 بر روی 276 نفر از روستاییان بالای 20 سال شهرستان مشهد که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند، انجام گردید. اطلاعات از طریق پرسش‌نامه دموگرافیک و پرسش‌نامه نظریه انگیزش محافظت جمع‌آوری شد. سپس داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های Mann-Whitney، Kruskal-Wallis، ضریب همبستگی Spearman و Linear Regression در نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: بین رفتار پیشگیرانه از تب مالت و متغیرهای دموگرافیک رابطه معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد (05/0 < P)؛ در حالی ‌که ضریب همبستگی Spearman رابطه مستقیم و مثبتی را بین رفتار پیشگیری‌کننده از تب مالت با آگاهی (394/0 = r، 001/0 > P)، سازه‌های حساسیت درک شده (618/0 = r، 001/0 > P)، شدت درک شده (593/0 = r، 001/0 > P)، خودکارامدی (726/0 = r، 001/0 > P)، کارامدی پاسخ (704/0 = r، 001/0 > P)، ترس (558/0 = r، 001/0 > P) و انگیزش محافظت (822/0 = r، 001/0 > P) نشان داد. میزان پیشگویی رفتارهای پیشگیرانه به‌ وسیله سازه انگیزش محافظت، 91 درصد گزارش گردید. سازه‌های خودکارامدی درک شده، کارایی پاسخ و ترس به ترتیب پیشگویی‌کننده‌های انگیزش محافظت بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، سازه‌های خودکارامدی و انگیزش محافظت با رفتار پیشگیری‌کننده از تب مالت ارتباط داشتند. بنابراین، پیشنهاد می‌شود آموزش با تأکید بر خودکارامدی و انگیزش محافظت جهت پیشگیری از تب مالت در روستاییان مورد توجه قرار گیرد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Considering the importance of the health of the villagers and the increase in brucellosis among them, the present study was conducted to determine the predictors of preventive behaviors of brucellosis in the villagers over 20 years of age of Mashhad City, Iran, using the protection motivation theory (PMT). Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in 2022 on 276 villagers over the age of 20 in Mashhad City, selected by cluster sampling method. Data were collected through demographic questionnaire and a questionnaire related to the PMT. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and Mann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis, Spearman correlation coefficient, and linear regression tests. Findings: No significant relationship was observed between brucellosis preventive behavior and demographic variables (P > 0.05), while Spearman's correlation coefficient showed a direct and positive relationship between brucellosis preventive behavior and awareness (r = 0.394, P < 0.001), perceived sensitivity constructs (r = 0.618, P < 0.001), perceived severity (r = 0.593, P < 0.001), self-efficacy (r = 0.726, P < 0.001), response efficiency (r = 0.704, P < 0.001), fear (r = 0.558, P < 0.001), and protection motivation (r = 0.822, P < 0.001). The rate of predicting preventive behaviors by the constructs of protection motivation was 91%. Perceived self-efficacy, response efficiency, and fear were the predictors of protection motivation. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, the constructs of self-efficacy and protection motivation were related to brucellosis preventive behavior.
