fa ارزیابی شاخص‌های فیزیولوژیک و ادراکی شرایط جوی کارگران سنگبری‌های شهرستان اصفهان Investigating Physiological and Perceptual Indicators of Cold Stress among Stone-Cutting Workers in Isfahan City, Iran مهندسی بهداشت حرفه ای و ایمنی کار Occupational health engineering and occupational safety پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: مواجهه با سرما به خصوص در فصل زمستان، خطر بزرگی برای شاغلان محسوب می‌شود که کاهش عملکرد و بهروری و افزایش وقوع حوادث شغلی، از جمله عوارض این عامل زیان‌آور محسوب می‌شود. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی وضعیت تنش سرمایی در کارگران سنگبری‌های شهرستان اصفهان بود. روش‌ها: پس از انتخاب تصادفی 30 نفر از کارگران با شرط نداشتن سابقه بیماری، وضعیت حرارتی محیط، شاخص‌های استرین حرارتی شامل دمای عمقی و سطحی بدن، ضربان قلب، فشار خون سیستولیک و دیاستولیک و پاسخ‌های فیزیولوژیکی آنان قبل از شروع به کار و دو ساعت بعد از شروع کار اندازه‌گیری گردید و داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: میانگین شاخص خنک‌کنندگی باد، 63/323 کیلوکالری بر مترمربع در ساعت، دمای معادل خنک‌کنندگی باد (Wind chill equivalent temperature یا WCET)، 3/20 درجه سانتی‌گراد، شاخص حداقل عایق مورد نیاز 93/0 کلو و شاخص استرین سرمایی 15/2 به دست آمد. بر اساس نتایج شاخص‌های استرس سرمایی، می‌توان گفت که شاغلان در مواجهه با استرس سرمایی قرار نداشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: در دماهای بالا (بیش از 10 درجه سانتی‌گراد) با شاخص خنک‌کنندگی کمتر از 400 کیلوکالری بر مترمربع در ساعت، امکان مواجهه کارگران با استرس سرمایی بسیار کم می‌باشد و شاخص حداقل عایق لباس مورد نیاز دارای قابلیت اطمینان بیشتری برای تعیین سطح استرس سرمایی در بین کارگران سنگبری بود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Cold exposure, especially during the winter months, presents significant hazards for workers, resulting in decreased performance, increased productivity loss, and a higher risk of occupational accidents. This study aims to assess the extent of cold stress among stone-cutting workers in Isfahan City, Iran. Methods: Thirty workers with no prior history of illness were randomly selected for the study, and thermal conditions of their work environment were assessed by measuring indicators of thermal strain, including core and surface body temperatures, heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and physiological responses before the commencement of work and two hours thereafter. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software. Findings: The average wind chill index was 323.63 kcal/m²/h, the wind chill equivalent temperature was 20.3 °C, the minimum required clothing insulation was 0.93 clo, and the cold strain index was 2.15. Based on the results of the cold stress indices, it can be said that the workers were not significantly exposed to cold stress. Conclusion: The findings suggest that at temperatures above 10 °C, with a wind chill index below 400 kcal/m²/h, the possibility of workers being exposed to cold stress is significantly low.
