fa بررسی ارتباط عوامل درون فردی مرتبط با انجام یا عدم انجام واکسیناسیون کرونا در اصفهان بر اساس مدل فرایند موازی توسعه یافته Investigating the Relationship between Intra-Individual Factors Influencing COVID-19 Vaccination Decisions in Isfahan Province, Iran: An Analysis Based on the Extended Parallel Process Model آموزش بهداشت و ارتقاء سلامت education health and promotion پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: واکسن‌ها در پیشگیری از مرگ و ابتلا به بیماری‌ها مؤثر هستند. از این‌رو، پذیرش یا تردید در دریافت واکسن کووید 19 اهمیت بسزایی در سلامت جامعه دارد. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ارتباط عوامل درون فردی مرتبط با انجام یا عدم انجام واکسیناسیون کرونا در افراد بالای 18 سال استان اصفهان بر اساس مدل فرایند موازی توسعه یافته (Extended parallel process model یا EPPM) بود. روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع مقطعی و جامعه آماری شامل 500 نفر بود. نمونه‌ها از افراد بالای 18 سال که بر طبق آمار و اطلاعات معاونت بهداشتی استان اصفهان، در شهرهایی با کمترین میزان پوشش واکسیناسیون ساکن بودند، انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، مشارکت‌کنندگان پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته مبتنی بر سازه‌های EPPM را به صورت آنلاین تکمیل نمودند. سپس اطلاعات با استفاده از آزمون‌های Kolmogorov-Smirnov، Independent t، 2c و ANOVA در نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: تفاوت معنی‌داری در ابعاد اکراه، ترس و رفتار بین افراد واکسینه شده و نشده وجود داشت (001/0 > P). به عبارت دیگر، افراد واکسینه نشده، نمرات بالاتری در ابعاد یاد شده کسب کردند، اما تفاوت معنی‌داری در ابعاد ضرورت، تردید، حمایت و اعتماد بین افراد واکسینه شده و نشده مشاهده نشد (910/0 = P). نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج به دست آمده ممکن است در برنامه‌ریزی پیرامون فعالیت‌های آموزشی برای افزایش پذیرش واکسن کووید 19 و همچنین، برطرف کردن عوامل عدم پذیرش واکسن کووید 19 مفید باشد. همچنین، متخصصان می‌توانند با سنجش نگرش در خصوص واکسیناسیون کرونا در بزرگسالان، زمینه را برای طراحی مداخلات ارتقای نگرش و در نتیجه، ارتقای رفتار (تزریق واکسن) و افزایش پوشش واکسیناسیون کرونا فراهم نمایند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Vaccines are effective in preventing death and the contraction of diseases; therefore, the decision to accept or hesitate in receiving the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccine is crucial for public health. The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between intra-individual factors influencing the decision to receive the COVID-19 vaccination in Isfahan Province, Iran, based on the extended parallel process model (EPPM). Methods: This study employed a cross-sectional design. The statistical population consisted of 500 individuals aged 18 and older who, according to data from the Isfahan Province Health Department, resided in cities with the lowest vaccination coverage. To collect data, participants completed a researcher-developed questionnaire based on the constructs of the EPPM online. The data were then analyzed using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, independent t-test, chi-square test, and analysis of variance (ANOVA) in SPSS software. Findings: The dimensions of reluctance, fear, and behavior significantly differed between vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals (P < 0.001). Specifically, unvaccinated individuals scored higher in these dimensions. However, no significant differences were observed between vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals regarding the dimensions of necessity, doubt, support, and trust in this study (P = 0.910). Conclusion: The results of this study may be valuable in planning educational activities aimed at increasing acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine and addressing the factors that contribute to vaccine hesitancy. Given the validity and reliability of the questionnaire used to measure attitudes toward COVID-19 vaccination in adults, experts can utilize these findings to design targeted interventions.
