fa بررسی ارتباط هوش اجتماعی و روابط دختر و پسر با نگرش نسبت به ازدواج در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه Investigating the Relationship between Social Intelligence, Opposite-Sex Peer Relationships, and Attitudes toward Marriage among Students at Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences, Iran آموزش بهداشت و ارتقاء سلامت education health and promotion پژوهشي Research مقدمه: ازدواج نقش مهمی در سلامت فیزیکی و روانی افراد دارد و نگرش نسبت به آن به تازگی دستخوش تغییر شده است. هوش اجتماعی (شامل همدلی و درک احساسات دیگران) و روابط دختر و پسر به ‌عنوان زمینه‌ای برای کسب تجربه صمیمیت، می‌تواند بر نگرش نسبت به ازدواج مؤثر باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط هوش اجتماعی و روابط دختر و پسر با نگرش نسبت به ازدواج در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه انجام شد. روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی- مقطعی بر روی ۴۱۵ دانشجوی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه (۳۰۰ زن و ۱۱۵ مرد) در سال ۱۴۰۳ با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای متناسب انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق پرسش‌نامه آنلاین شامل پرسش‌نامه دموگرافیک، پرسش‌نامه هوش اجتماعی Tromso (Tromso Social Intelligence Scale یا TSIS)، پرسش‌نامه نگرش نسبت به روابط دختر و پسر شیخ‌دارانی و همکاران (۴۱ گویه) و پرسش‌نامه نگرش نسبت به ازدواج (Marital attitude scale یا MAS) Braaten و Rosen جمع‌آوری گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، همبستگی Spearman و Multiple linear regression در نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره هوش اجتماعی دانشجویان، 28/93 از 139 نمره (حدود 67 درصد سقف نمره) بود. نتایج همبستگی Spearman نشان داد که بین هوش اجتماعی و نگرش نسبت به ازدواج رابطه معکوس و معنی‌داری وجود داشت؛ به این معنی که با افزایش هوش اجتماعی، نمره نگرش مثبت به ازدواج کاهش می‌یابد (001/0 > P، 23/0- = r). در مقابل، همبستگی ساده بین روابط دختر و پسر و نگرش نسبت به ازدواج معنی‌دار نبود (050/0 < P). در مدل Multiple linear regression، هوش اجتماعی و روابط دختر و پسر به ‌طور هم‌زمان حدود ۳۰ درصد از واریانس نگرش نسبت به ازدواج را تبیین کردند. در این مدل، پس از کنترل اثر هوش اجتماعی، روابط دختر و پسر به ‌طور مستقل پیش‌بینی‌کننده منفی و معنی‌دار نگرش نسبت به ازدواج شد (22/0- = β، 001/0 > P)؛ یعنی با افزایش نمره روابط دختر و پسر، نگرش مثبت نسبت به ازدواج کاهش ‌یافت. نتیجه‌گیری: نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به ازدواج تحت تأثیر تعامل میان ویژگی‌های فردی و تجارب اجتماعی آنان است. هوش اجتماعی بالاتر با نگرش واقع‌گرایانه‌تری (و کمتر مثبت) نسبت به ازدواج همراه بود. روابط دختر و پسر به‌ تنهایی با نگرش به ازدواج مرتبط نبود، اما پس از کنترل هوش اجتماعی به ‌طور مستقل پیش‌بینی‌کننده کاهش نگرش مثبت به ازدواج بود. این یافته‌ها بر ضرورت طراحی برنامه‌های آموزشی و مشاوره‌ای به منظور ارتقای آگاهی و مهارت‌های ارتباطی دانشجویان تأکید می‌کند. Background: Marriage plays an important role in individuals' physical and mental health, and attitudes toward it have recently undergone significant shifts. Social intelligence (including empathy and understanding others' emotions) and opposite-sex relationships, as a context for gaining experience in intimacy, can influence attitudes toward marriage. This study aimed to investigate the association between social intelligence, opposite-sex relationships, and attitudes toward marriage among students of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences, Kermanshah, Iran. Methods: This descriptive-analytical, cross-sectional study was conducted on 415 students of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences (300 women and 115 men) in 2024, using stratified random sampling with proportional allocation. Data were collected through an online survey, comprising a demographic questionnaire, the Tromsø Social Intelligence Scale, the Sheikh-Darani et al. scale for attitudes toward opposite-sex relationships (41 items), and the Brateen and Rosen Marital Attitude Scale. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, Spearman correlation, and multiple linear regression via SPSS software. Findings: The mean social intelligence score of students was 93.28 out of 139 (approximately 67% of the maximum score). Spearman correlation results showed a significant inverse relationship between social intelligence and attitudes toward marriage; that is, as social intelligence increased, positive attitude scores toward marriage decreased (r = −0.23, P < 0.001). In contrast, the simple correlation between opposite-sex relationships and attitudes toward marriage was not significant (P > 0.05). However, in the multiple linear regression model, social intelligence and opposite-sex relationships together explained approximately 30% of the variance in attitudes toward marriage. In this model, after controlling for the effect of social intelligence, opposite-sex relationships independently and significantly predicted attitudes toward marriage in a negative direction (β = −0.22, P < 0.001), indicating that higher scores on opposite-sex relationships were associated with lower scores of positive attitudes toward marriage. Conclusion: Students' attitudes toward marriage are influenced by the interaction between individual characteristics and their social experiences. Higher social intelligence was associated with a more realistic (and less positive) attitude toward marriage. Opposite-sex relationships alone were not associated with attitudes toward marriage; however, after controlling for social intelligence, they independently predicted a decline in positive attitudes toward marriage.
