fa فشار مراقبتی در مراقبان بیماران نورولوژیک و عوامل مرتبط با آن The Burden on Caregivers of Patients with Neurological Disorders and Related Factors آموزش بهداشت و ارتقاء سلامت education health and promotion پژوهشي Research مقدمه: فشار مراقبتی در ﻣﺮاﻗﺒﺎن بیماران نورولوژیک، ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﻲ ﻣﺮاﻗبان، ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺖ ﻣﺮاﻗﺒﺖ انجام ﺷﺪه و در ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ، ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﻲ ﺑﻴﻤﺎر می‌شود. شناسایی عوامل تعیین‌کننده فشار مراقبتی با هدف ارتقای کیفیت مداخلات مراقبان، کمک‌کننده می باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین فشار مراقبتی در مراقبان بیماران نورولوژیک و عوامل مرتبط با آن انجام شد. روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی بود که بر روی 202 نفر از مراقبان اصلی بیماران نورولوژیک استان گلستان که به علت آسیب نورولوژیک تحت مراقبت قرار داشتند، انجام گردید. نمونه‌ها به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌ سلامت عمومی (General Health Questionnaire یا GHQ) و سیاهه فشار مراقبتی (Caregiver Burden Inventory یا CBI) به همراه متغیرهای دموگرافیک جمع‌آوری شد. داده‌های به دست آمده با استفاده از آزمون‌های توصیفی Mann-Whitney، ضرایب همبستگی Pearson و Spearman در نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: 88 درصد مراقبان تحت فشار مراقبتی متوسط و شدید قرار داشتند. میانگین فشار مراقبتی مراقبان بیماران مبتلا به Multiple sclerosis (MS) از میانگین فشار مراقبتی مراقبان سایر بیماران به طور معنی‌داری کمتر بود (003/0 = P). مراقبان بیمارانی که بیمار توان خیلی کمی داشت، در مقایسه با مراقبان بیمارانی که بیمار دارای توان زیادی بود، به طور معنی‌داری فشار مراقبتی بیشتری را تجربه می‌کنند (008/0 = P). نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به بالا بودن میزان فشار مراقبتی، حمایت و پشتیبانی از خانواده‌های بیماران ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. در این راستا، تدوین سیستم مناسب ارجاع، آماده‌سازی رسمی برای مراقبت و تهیه برنامه آموزش مراقبت قبل از ترخیص از بیمارستان مناسب می‌باشد. Background: The burden of care on caregivers of patients with neurological disorders leads to a reduction in their quality of life, quality of care, and thus reduction in the quality of life of the patient. Identifying the determinants of burden with the aim of improving the quality of caregiver interventions is helpful. The aim of this study was to determine the burden on caregivers of patients with neurological disorders and related factors. Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, 202 caregivers of patients with neurological disorders of Golestan Province, Iran, that were under care due to neurological damage were selected via convenience method. The instruments were a demographic checklist, Caregiver Burden Inventory (CBI), and General Health Questionnaire (GHQ). The Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney test, and Pearson and Spearman correlation tests by SPSS software. Findings: Eighty-eight percent of caregivers were under the moderate and severe burden of care. It was observed that the mean burden of caregivers of patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) was significantly lower than the mean burden of caregivers of other patients (P = 0.003). The results of the present study also showed that caregivers of patients with very little power experienced significantly more caregiving burden than caregivers of patients with very high power (P = 0.008). Conclusion: According to the findings of the study, due to the high level of burden of care, support of patients' families is effective in reducing this burden.
