Background: Today, given the changes made in the organizations and their environment, the importance of human resources has increased. One of the issues raised in this regard is the organizational silence. The main purpose of this research is to study the manner of impact of self-concept, organizational identity and organizational values on organizational silence of employees of Hazrate Zahra Hospital in Isfahan and also to examine the existence of the balancing role of self- concept and organizational values variables in the relationship between organizational identity and organizational silence.Methods: This research was conducted using descriptive-metrical method and is five Hypotheses. To investigate this hypothesis, questionnaire which was made by the researcher containing 49 questions was used. Overall reliability coefficient 0.912 was obtained which had the necessary reliability. The population size is about 160 people. Therefore, based on random sampling, statistical sample was selected, Finally 70 questionnaires were collected. Also the SPSS software is used for analyzing the data.Findings: The finding of this research reveals that organizational silence is affected by organizational identity and self-concept.and each variables of organizational identity, self concept and organizational values have positive correlation with organizational silence. Also, results demonstrate that self-concept balances the relationship between organizational identity and organizational silence. The results also indicate that organizational values have not a moderator role in relationship between the organizational identity and organizational silence.Conclusion: By reinforcement organizational identify, self-concept and organizational values organizational silence can be reduced among individuals.Key Words: Organizational Silence, Organizational Identity, Self-concept, Organizational Values.
